He has worked consistently with law firms and corporate legal departments, supporting IP, legal operations and enterprise legal management transformation.
His background spans software vendors, global consultancies and managed services organisations, combining technical and business process consulting and senior delivery leadership. Bob helps clients optimise IP and legal workflows through technology, process improvement and change management, with a particular focus on leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, insight and decision-making across legal and IP operations.
